Over Twenty Five Years of Experience

Consistent communication and accessibility are Debbie Child's top priorities in serving her clients. Debbie works diligently from start to finish as her clients' advocate in a transaction. A full-time Realtor since 1991, she has earned her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation and is a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

An Oregon Native

Born and raised in Lake Oswego and Portland, Debbie is married with one son and three grandchildren and enjoys volunteering at James John Elementary School in Portland.

Dedicated to the Community

Every home Debbie sells results in a portion of her commission going to the Windermere Foundation which contributes funds to non-profit organizations dedicated to helping those in need. Windermere Stellar helped fund the "Windermere Kitchen" at the Providence Guest House for visiting families with loved ones in the hospital. Another donation benefits Friends of the Children's new facility in East Multnomah County - a calm safe place for vulnerable kids to learn and grow.
